This auction is for a game cartridge in it's original box. It includes an instruction manual.
This game is in collectable condition. The label and casing are fully intact. It is not ex-rental.
The game is a licensed Nintendo product. It is a PAL game compatible with Australian consoles.
We warrant that this game is in working order. We do not test all games, however we do guarantee our products, and will replace faulty products. If we do not have a replacement copy we will refund your payment on return of the faulty item.
We do use stock photos to represent our items, however the photo will always provide an accurate indication of the condition of the item. Occasionally cover art on labels and/or boxes may vary depending on the region of origin (e.g. some games from the UK, while PAL standard, have different cover art to the Australian release).
Payment and Postage
For domestic shipping there is a small charge to offset some of our shipping costs. For international sales we charge a flat rate of $17.00 for the first item and $7.00 for each additional item.
While we accept PayPal we do prefer payment by bank deposit or money order for Australian domestic orders. Please leave your eBay userID as reference if paying by bank deposit.
We require payment within five days of purchase.
We will post all items within 5 business days of payment clearing. We ship twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays. In order to ship your item on Tuesday we must receive your payment no later than 7am Monday. Similarly, payment must be received by 7am Thursday if you wish your item to be shipped on Friday. Please do not ask for earlier postage. We do not offer an Express Post option.
All parcels are packed professionally and correctly addressed using the address you have on file with eBay. Please ensure you update your ebay file address to the address you want us to post to before purchasing.
Communication
We will send you an email when we receive your payment (unless you pay by PayPal), and another one when we ship your item.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us prior to leaving feedback. Most issues can be resolved amicably, with a little communication.
If we do not respond to your message straight away please be patient - occasionally we go away for a weekend, like most people, and we do not spend our whole lives on ebay. We will get back to you within a few days, if not straight away.
