Shipping Policy:
Please specify if we are shipping to a residential or commercial address. We ship via UPS ground unless otherwise noted. Please email us with any questions or concerns prior to purchase. Most of our orders ship 2-3 days after payment is received. If it is longer than that we will contact you to let you know.
If you require a liftgate Delivery it will be an extra $50. Please contact us prior to delivery for this service.
Please provide a business name, contact number, or specify if it is a residential address to avoid delays in shipment.
Return Policy:
Arco accepts no respoonsibility for damage to merchandise after it leaves our warehouse. Customer is responsible for inspecting merchandise damage at the time of delivery. Please document all damage claims with freight carrier before it leaves your facility. If it is refused at shipment please contact us and we will send you another item or refund you full. If you decide you do not want the item after purchase and it has not been damaged, we will only accept a return if it has not been used. We do not buy back used equipment! Restocking fees apply.
Warranty:
All new equipment is sold with manufacturer warrany only. All warrany issues must be discussed with manufacturer only.
Sales tax:
Items shipped within Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, and Kentucky are subject to sales tax.
