Vintage c'41 Draper-Maynard Baseman Mitt/Baseball Glove







Vintage Baseball Glove/Mitt: (circa 1941) USA made Draper-Maynard DB62 baseman’s snare-style mitt with tunneled web measures 8½"x 8½". No endorsement. Soft, floppy-flexible, "oil treated" leather. No holes, rips, or tears inside or out; creasing more prevalent on back. Soft leather lining chaffed yet comfortably intact. All lacing original. Canvas perimeter piping shows wear but is all there; piping has been replaced around wrist strap. A previous owner printed his name on side of strap. Unique early 40's mitt.
