• Products will be shipped out within 24 to 48 Hours upon received payment. Due to  shipments from our multiple warehouses, transit time may be varying from 2 ~ 14 business days.
• Customs inspection delay; which is beyond our control will not count toward the normal transit time.

• We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the product price (S&H and not refunded) within 30 days of your purchase.
• Refunded products need   to be in its original package (Including the retail box, UPC code, packaging and all accessories). Missing parts will be charged a 15% restocking fee or more depending on what is missing from the package. If the missing part(s) cost more than 50% of the purchase price, we will not accept the return for refund. A restocking fee of 15% will also be charged on the full amount of purchase including shipping if a buyer provides a wrong address, or changes his/her mind, or orders a wrong product, or cancels an order while the item in transit.  
• All returns must be authorized by our return Department; the return authorization number needs to be clearly marked on the side of the shipped back package. Please note that we do not accept any returns that have not been issued with this number.

• Shipping/Handling/ costs are not refundable.
• Buyer will be responsible for returning back the supposedly defective item. Before returning the item, please contact us to get the RMA #.
