Our safe, family oriented community (only accessible to guests and residents) has a private lake,

The townhouse is fully furnished with all the kitchen serving and cooking materials you may need to eat-in,

take-out or if you would like to dine out, the famous Route 192 tourist strip (Irlo Bronson Memorial

Highway/Vine Street) is 1 block away with many dine-out and fast food restaurants.  The community

is located just blocks away from a “Super Wal-Mart Center", "Super Target Shopping Center"and "BJ's Store".

 

Close to all Disney World Parks, Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure, Sea World, Discovery Cove, Gatorland Park, Medieval Times Dinner Theater and many other Orlando attractions.

 

Located in Kissimmee between Osceola Parkway and Route 192 (Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway) for easy access to Route 4, Orlando International Airport and all major Orlando and Kissimmee attractions. 

To this auction price we must add a 13% Florida Rental Tax ($55.90) making the total $485.90.  A fully refundable $300.00 security deposit is also required. 

 

The Cleaning Fee is already included in this price.
