- SELLING POLICIES -

All our imported CD's are brand new, factory sealed, not CD-Rs. All available at the time of listing. We accept PayPal for payments. All items ship from a shipping facility, therefore we do not send CD's without cases.

If you receive a defective/incorrect CD, simply mail it back using the return address on the box/envelope from your order and include a note explaining the problem; you do not need to contact us. Once our shipping facility receives your return, our staff will correct the problem and will refund your shipping charges (we will pay first class shipping charges but not related extra fees like registered mail or other services like UPS or FedEx). We will exchange defective CD's for the same title only. Unopened CD's may be changed for same priced items (forward and return shipping charges not refundable in this case).

We do process you order in about 2-3 business days but due to the high volume of orders we process we may, in rare cases, delay your order if we find a CD is damaged or out of stock. We may ship a partial order in this case and we will get in contact with you about any issues.

All our DVD's are zone 0 (playable in all zones), NTSC video standard. Check if you DVD player/computer can play NTSC format.

- SHIPPING -

We ship worldwide. We combine shipping. You must request an invoice. All mailing services are First Class USPS Mail. For International Shipments (to Canada, Mexico and all the rest of the World): if you need tracking information you need to upgrade your shipping to Priority Service or request registered mail and pay extra fees. Please contact us before you pay so we can add the upgrade to your invoice. We offer additional insurance that will cover damages and a one time replacement of your order. You agree to release us from any responsibility if you decline the use of this optional insurance. We ship your order using padded bubble mailers. If you know your Country has rough mail handling, pay extra $3 dlls at the checkout, and tell us to use a cardboard box for shipping. (NOTE: orders of more than 5 single CD's or 3 double CD's will be packed using boxes as a standard option, no extra fee needed).

Starting February 2009: we will not ship to Brazil unless registered mail is requested (add $12 dlls to your order).
