Payment
PayPal payment must be received within 3 business days.
Shipping
Shipping cost includes shipping and handling. I will ship your item(s) via USPS within 5 business days of receiving cleared payment. If you are in a rush to receive your item(s), please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate.
Combined Shipping
I am happy to combine shipping to save you money! For each additional item, you only pay $.25 in additional shipping costs. If purchasing more than one item, please email me a request for your final total to receive combined shipping savings. Combined shipping rates only apply if all items are paid in ONE payment.
Refunds and Returns
Please email any questions you may have before you purchase. I do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse. Also, I can not be responsible for damaged or lost packages. Shipping insurance is optional, but recommended and offered on each of my items. I will only accept returns if the item was defective when I sent it, or if I sent you the wrong item. The item must be sent back to me within 3 days of receipt, and I must receive it back in new condition before a refund will be issued.
Custom Designs
If you would like to have a template or stencil made using your original design, I can custom reproduce it and list it for you to purchase. I have a laser with a 4’ x 8’ table, so I can do large painting stencils as well. Please email me for details and a quote.
Other Information
I live in a smoke-free home, but I do have a small dog. She doesn’t go out to the shop where the inventory is kept. However, because I am in the house with her some during the day, it is possible that you could find a few dog hairs. I do inspect each item before I ship it, and I have not had any complaints yet. If this is a problem, please do not bid as I do not allow refunds if you bid knowing this.
