Please Read: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the items for a refund as long as they have not been opened and used. We must be notified of the return within 15 Days and must receive the items back in our location within 30 days of original delivery date. Once we receive the items it generally takes 5 - 10 business days to issue a refund for the items. Please keep all original packaging, as any items not in their original packaging are not returnable. Keep in mind that if you are not satisfied with the item you ordered you will be responsible for shipping it back to us and will receive a refund for the item only. In some cases the original shipping charged on your order may not be sufficient to cover the actual expense of shipping the item to you and in a case like this the difference may be subtracted from the cost of the item.

You must obtain a Return Authorization Number also known as RA# prior to returning any products. Please contact us and include the following information:

• The reason for your return.
• Is the item defective or damaged?
• Was the wrong item shipped?
• Your ebay.com item number
• The item number of the products you wish to return.
• How many of each product you wish to return.
• The condition of the item: opened or unopened.
• Do you need a replacement?

We will reply to your email with a return authorization number and shipping instructions for your return. Please ship your return to the warehouse address provided in our email reply. We recommend shipping by UPS or FEDEX, those are the commonly used couriers that provide tracking numbers as well as insurance.

Please keep in mind that until we receive the items into our warehouse they are still considered to be in your possession. PLEXSUPPLY will reimburse you shipping charges if the item was shipped to you in error or received damaged or defective. We take great care in packaging our products for shipment but unfortunately items do occasionally get damaged by the shipping company. If possible, please refuse any items that are damaged as this will expedite the process of you getting a replacement. Any claims for damaged merchandise/or shortages must be made within 5 days of receipt of shipment.

All returns or replacements that do not comply with the standard 30 Day Return Policy must be done directly through the manufacturer of the product. Manufacturer's warranties vary, please consult the warranty information included with your products.
