Ron’s Home and Hardware originated in May of 2006. Ron’s is named after owner Steve Fusek’s father, Ron, whose favorite destination was the hardware store. Ron’s Home and Hardware (RHH) is a spin off of parent company, Fusek’s True Value Hardware, which is an urban retail store located in downtown Indianapolis. Ronshomeandhardware.com was created to expand the customer base by offering the same quality products, service and advice on the internet that is found in its urban store. Ronshomeandhardware.com sold products on another prominent Marketplace and had immediate success. We feel the future of retailing will have a very large component linked to the internet. Returns

Any defects, damages, or material differences with your item, must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of the item or 30 days from date of shipment.

The returned merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of the shipment notification. Non-deliveries must be reported within 30 days of Shipment Notification. Undeliverable, unclaimed, refused, or insufficient addresses will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping.
