SHIPPING:

• We will ship only on paypal or credit card confirmed address.
• We ship by UPS or BAX Global. All items are carefully inspected, securely packaged and then re-inspected before being delivered to our carrier. We insure all shipments. • Buyer pays shipping and handling fees.

WARRANTY TERMS:

• This is a limited warranty: we do not guarantee compatibility with your software and/or hardware.
• New, Refurbished, Pull: The warranty period starts from the day the items is received.
• DOA: 3 business day guarantee against DOA.
• AS-IS: there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges.
  All Physically Damaged or Defective Products Must be reported within 3 business day of arrival to qualify for DOA replacement. We will not accept any claims for physically damaged products pass this time frame.

RMA:

• RMA number is required for all returns. (The RMA number that will be provided to you should be clearly written on the top of the box and not covered by any labels). Apply for RMA number by emailing to rma@TSpire.com. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing RMA.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
• Products must be in its original packaging with all original manuals, software & accessories.
• Charges will apply for all parts missing.
• An item may not be returned and the warranty is void if the item is physically damaged, if any of the tamper proof seals have been broken or if the item has been altered or defaced.
• Although we warrant items to be in working condition, we cannot guarantee compatibility with your equipment or software. If there is any doubt, or you require additional information, please contact us before purchasing the item. ALL RETURNS FOR A REFUND ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE.
