3 days after the buyer receives it | Due to the nominal value of these items refunds can only be granted if seller's auction listing materially misrepresented the item and then only if buyer contacts seller within three days of buyer's receipt of item to obtain return authorization. If return of the item is authorized because seller's auction listing materially misrepresented the item, a full refund of moneys paid to seller will be provided after buyer returns item to seller in same condition it was in when seller shipped it to buyer. |
