Closing Details:
· Winning bidder MUST establish contact with the seller within 24 hours of the end of the auction.
· Payment is expected within 5 days.
· There is a $199 closing cost fee that must be included with the winning bid.
· Preferred methods of payment include Cashiers Check, Bank Wire, PayPal, or PayPal E-Check.
· Seller will cover the Doc/Stamps & Recording Fees for the Warranty Deed. All other fees are buyer’s responsibility.
· Warranty Deed: Buyer must provide Seller with all information for the Warranty Deed immediately after auction has ended. Seller will pre-pare Warranty Deed and either email it or mail it to the buyer once payment has been received and cleared.
