Q:What is a Reconditioned/Recertified product? A:These items may have been previously declared defective, returned by customers, used in field tests, used in sales displays at trade shows, or returned by a customer. As a result, manufacturer recertified products may come with minor blemishes and cannot be guaranteed to come with all original accessories. All manufacturer recertified products have been cleaned, quality checked and tested. Manufacturer recertified products are certified by the manufacturer as fully operational, and most come with 90-day parts and labor warranty.

Q:Do you ship to APO/FPO mailboxes? A:There are certain restrictions on exporting certain kinds of technology outside of the United States. These restrictions prevent us from shipping products to APO/FPO mailboxes.
Q:When will my order ship? A:Your order will ship based on the this time table:
Processing time- Once we receive a cleared payment from Paypal, we can process your order. Minimum time is 1 to 2 days to process. Once we process the order, we move your order to shipping status.
Shipping time – Depending on your chosen ship method, can take from 1 to 10 days. More information. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Allow extra time for for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
Q: Why am I charged an electronic waste recycling fee? A: We are required by California law to charge an electronic waste recycling fee on certain products when shipped to a California address. This fee, which is transferred back to the State of California, is charged on products that have a monitor screen, such as CRTs, LCDs, televisions and laptop computers. If you return an item for which you were charged an electronic waste recycling fee, the amount of the recycling fee will be refunded. Please refer to your packing slip or our return policy for more details on returning items.
