Returns Policy
· We only handle insured outbound returns with a RMA number from our Warehouse Manager. If you need to return your item, and it was insured, Please contact us at using the ASK SELLER A QUESTION link.
· The BUYER is responsible for shipping any insured item/s back us.
· BUYERS are responsible for all return shipping costs for any item that is returned as undeliverable OR unclaimed. Additionally, reshipment of any returned item is the responsibility of the BUYER by remitting payment from our invoice.

· All sales are considered final, and no exchanges will be accepted unless we made a mistake or the item was insured though Mainline Trade & Co
· If for some reason you receive the wrong item, an RMA# would be issued to you so that the item can be replaced
· Refunds are only considered if we cannot provide what you ordered. If we can provide the item and you still insist on a refund, you will be refunded LESS EBAY & SHIPPING FEE'S.

· All defective items must be noticed within 45 days after item is received for all insured items.
· Buyers need to return the defective item for the replacement at his/her own cost.
· Item must be shipped to our AUTHORIZED service/return center, not the address on the shipping label. We have warehouses across the country.
· Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable in any case. Even items that state "FREE SHIPPING". Shipping to the Buyer was not Free, we just build the cost of shipping into the auction.
· Postal/shipping insurance is required for covering any postal loss and damage. A claim could only be processed after the proof of loss documents (for confirming the postal loss or damage) received from the post office.
· Please make sure your shipping Address is Correct. We will only follow your address listed in the payment for the shipment.
· We are not responsible for the shipping address provided. Due to security reasons
· Buyers need to pay S&H again for reshipping the item (except the wrong buyer address is written by us).
