Beautiful black and white polka dot dress by Little Bitty, size 6, new with tags. Velvet-like top with a skirt that is tafetta-like fabric with black velvet-like polka dots on it. So there is the texture of crisp silk with velvet. Fabric flower at the waist. Dress comes with a matching purse that closes with velcro. Beautiful white lace trim on neckline and purse.
