i55tickets attempts to provide the utmost accurate information to their potential buyers.  Above is a seating chart to provide a representation of the seat loaction.  Please note that i55tickets gaurantees the Section and Row as stated in the listing.  Mighty Tickets cannot gaurantee the map shows a fair representation of Section and Row.  (Any pictures are not from the actuals seats, but from the same section.)

On occasion, we have listings where the tickets are not in hand yet.   i55tickets only sell tickets they have already purchased.  Buyers will always receive a confirmation email with an estimated shipping date.  Buyers can expect their order to be handled in a professional and timely manner.  Most orders will be processed and shipped within one business day.  Buyers will receive an email with the tracking information as soon as the shipment has been prepared.

There are two forms of tickets that  i55tickets sell.  Hard Tickets are the standard thick card ticket printed by the ticket vendor and sent to  i55tickets via mail.  E-Tickets (a.k.a. TicketFast) are electronic tickets that are delivered to  i55tickets via email or file transfer. 

YOUR TICKET FORMAT:  HARD TICKETS

 i55tickets sells tickets in a few different arrangement formats.  Tickets can be Side-by-Side, Piggyback (one seat a row behind the other), Broken Pair (not together), or Single.

YOUR SEAT FORMAT:  Side-by-Side

RETURN POLICY:  To protect the integrity of the tickets,  i55tickets cannot accept any returns of tickets unless the event is cancelled.

REFUND POLICY:  If an event is cancelled, the buyer needs to return the tickets to  i55tickets within 14 days of the scheduled event to receive a FULL 100% refund.

FEEDBACK POLICY:  We encourage buyers to leave feedback. Once buyers leave feedback, feedback will be left for the buyers. Unfortunately, many buyers forget to leave feedback if they've already received feedback. This policy ensures that all parties receive the feedback that they deserve.   i55tickets will never use feedback as a means of leverage for a transaction.

SPORTS EVENT RAINOUT:  In the event of a rainout, the buyer has the option to return the tickets to  i55tickets for a full refund as stated in the Refund Policy OR keep the tickets and exchange them at the venue for replacement tickets to a event of equal value (must adhere to venue policies and procedure.
