Good Screen, Picture Bad sold AS-IS

Calling all Insignia Experts or Best Buy Techs

Panel is good.  Audio is good.  Bad picture on all inputs.  All system control and inputs work.  When the menu is pulled up it is off in color also, but closed caption is completely normal, see pictures.  Iam not any good on Insignia, don't know how to get into the service menu.  To me it looks like a setting in service menu needs changed.  One thing I do know, the panel is good.  No scuffs or scratches anywhere, screen or cabinet.  No dead or stuck pixels.  This DOES come with stand, owners manual, original remote, power cord, all in original box.  Free shipping.  Will ship Fedex, will not ship to AK, HI, PR, PO boxes, APO or FPO.  Will ship next business day after payment received, only accept Paypals and only ship to Paypals address.  Of course an item like this will have to be as-is, with no return.  Thanks Craig
