We will replace all damaged and defective items with the same.  Digital media is easy to copy so under no circumstances will we refund a  non defective CD or DVD that has been opened. You may return factory sealed product for refund.

Sorry, we are a business and are required to list all items as merchandise. It is illegal to declare a lower value, so we will need to list the actual price you paid. We don't like to pay taxes anymore than you do but that is the law.

Absolutely not. Almost everything we sell is new factory stock (unless noted as a used item). Please be aware that some import CDs and DVDs are not sealed when we receive them.  Under no circumstances do we sell copies or bootlegs.
