This is a new little red riding hood costume in a size 2t-3t. The weight on the tag states 26"-31". Included is the dress and hooded cape. No shoes or tights are included. Please note that these are your average Halloween quality costumes - not theatrical quality.

Must be returned in the exact original condition within 7 days after you received the item. If item was new with tags it must be returned with tags attached or a restocking fee up to 50% will be charged. I will refund purchase price plus shipping but the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping with delivery confirmation. However, if I misrepresent an item I will pay for return shipping as well.
