SCENES, such as this, RARELY ARE AVAILABLE FOR SALE.
Original Smurfs Cartoon Animation Cel.
Cel actually used in the making of the Smurfs Cartoon TV Show from the early 1980s.
Papa Smurf & Brainy with Clumsy as Detectives is what the writing on the drawing says.
The scene consists of a single cel layer with drawing.
Each cel layer measures the standard 10 ½” x 12 ½”.
The image is the complete cel taken by a camera and is about actual size.
It is rare to find cel scenes such as these for sale. Most of what is sold on Ebay is a individual Smurf figure on a cel or very small figures on a cel. These are lovely, expression full scenes that nearly fill-up the cel. I do have some backgrounds but have chosen not to put these cels over backgrounds that they do not actually go with, as you will see on a lot of the cels with backgrounds being sold. You could always purchase a cheap cel with a background and then use or copy that background to place with this scene if you so chose.
