RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY
Return / Exchange Policy:
- There is a 7 day return/exchange policy. ONLY If you received a wrong or defective item. Please contact us by e-mail within 3 days from the date you receive the product. support@5starcells.com
- Products must be returned in NEW and re-sellable condition, as received. No exceptions! (No Scratches, phone must look new)
- All original packaging, in new condition, must be returned in order to process a return (all packaging materials and no defacing of the packaging).
- Products returned in other than original condition or if it is returned for any other reason than manufacturer defect will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 35%..
- Exchanges are only made on all items that are 1) DOA (dead on arrival) or 2) Significantly different from its description on the auction page.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Refund will be given in the event exchange is not available.
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
- Refund will be issued in event that item is out of stock.
- Refunds will not be given for compatibility issues orchange of heart.
For all returns or exchanges, please email us at support@5starcells.com. Once all problems are relayed to us – we will issue you an RMA number. You need an RMA number to return/exchange the phone. Once this RMA number is provided to you, you will be instructed to ship the item back to us. The RMA number MUST be printed or written on the shipping box. You are responsible for the shipping charges to ship the phone back to us.
WARRANTY
Warranty:
- Our warranty period is 7 days after you receive your product.
- Warranty only covers repairs not replacements or returns.
- A warranty covers manufacturer defects only. It is not an insurance.
- Warranty does not cover defects which result from Physical abuse and water damage
If for any reason you have problems with your phone after the 7 days you may contact the manufacturer for further assistance we clearly state our warranty period.
Note: We are a distributor of high-end mobile phones not usually sold in the US. Therefore, some NEW phones don't come with warranty support in the US. We highly recommend purchasing a Square Trade Warranty.
