• If you don’t see it, ask us! We’ll work with you to get the comics and collectibles you want.

• All comic books ship bagged and boarded!

• We offer subscriptions and pull lists!

• Please contact us before making any type of claim with PayPal or eBay. We will do our best to correct any mistakes.

• We do our absolute best to accurately describe our items; however, we are not responsible for typographical errors in our auction descriptions or for manufacturers’ specifications (specifically cover art or final toy/collectible appearance). If you need further clarification on any item, please verify all specifications with us prior to purchase rather than after receiving the item.

• We reserve the right to refuse sale to any new eBay user, an eBay user with excessive bid retractions, and/or an eBay user with negative feedback.

• Buyers purchasing multiple items should contact us via e-mail within 3 business days of the sale to receive a final sale price. The buyer will receive additional instructions for the completion of the sale via the e-mail notification.

Item Payment Policy

• If you do not intend on paying, please do not buy.

• Buyer is to pay ALL SHIPPING COSTS!

• All eBay listings are payable only through PayPal.

• If we do not hear from you within a few hours of an auction’s close, we will send you an invoice through eBay.

• Items that are not paid for within 3 business days of the sale will no longer be available to you. eBay will be notifed that a non-paying bidder closed the item. We do understand that there may be extenuating circumstances. These circumstances will be dealt with on an individual basis, and we should be contacted within 3 days of the sale if special arrangements are necessary.

• Texas residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax.

Shipping Policy

• Combined shipping discounts are available. Most similar size and weight items are eligible for a discount on shipping.  When you’re finished purchasing what you want, send us a message to request an invoice! In the event an item requires immediate payment, a refund for shipping will be given on combined orders.

• We ship 6 days a week - no shipping on Sunday and Postal holidays.

• We ship domestically with Delivery Confirmation using U.S.P.S. (typically First Class or Priority shipping, depending on the package weight). Shipping upgrades are available if you wish to receive your item sooner.

• International customers may experience delays in shipping due to customs. When shipping First Class sometimes it may take up to 45 or more business days. If you wish to cut down on shipping time please upgrade your shipping method.

• We are NOT responsible for any items that may be lost or damaged during delivery.

• We will ship action figures loose and complete to save on shipping costs.
