30 days after the buyer receives it | Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase within 30 days. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned merchandise. Simply follow the instructions below. Our 30-day warranty runs consecutively with any manufacturer's warranty.
Defective Items: (DOA) You must notify us immediately if any products are damaged or defective on delivery. We will issue a pre-paid label for return of defectives and replace at no charge. Products failing after the first 30 days but within the 1-yr. warranty period will be referred to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. Defective merchandise is not subject to additional shipping charges or restocking fees.
You may return any item purchased from us within 30 days with proper order confirmation. Shipping fees are non-refundable. To return an item, please email us at sales@retrowonders.com to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. You will need to supply your name, item purchased, eBay user ID or item number, and reason for return.
Once an RMA (Return Authorization) Number has been assigned, place the merchandise in the original packaging materials and return postage paid.
Your retuned goods MUST be clearly marked with your RMA number, as well as your name and return address to properly process your request.
Pending receipt of the merchandise, and a full inspection, a refund (or credit) will be issued to you for the value of the item including any applicable taxes. Important: Shipping fees are non-refundable. |
