We use a very conservative CD grading system (see below) to ensure you won't be disappointed with the condition of the item.  If, for any reason, you aren't satisfied with the product you can return it within 30 days.

We post our CDs in strong padded envelopes lined with cardboard for maximum protection and they are usually shipped within 24hrs of payment.  All postage costs are at or below actual cost.

    A:   Like a new CD just taken out of its factory wrapped jewel case, no flaws
    B:   A few light scratches or some small light scratches seen under incandescent lighting; do not show up under fluorescent/natural lighting
    C:   Light scratches seen under incandescent lighting and/or a few scratches or some small scratches seen under fluorescent/natural lighting
    D:   Many visible scratches
    E:   Does not track and/or play without skipping; good for reference purposes only
