The Power Disc Crank provides a more narrow foot position to provide a comfortable, bi-directional stride. Large anti-slip foot pedals give a bi-directional stride length of 15 inches. Central stationary handles feature heart rate sensors and are adjustable to fit different postures. The extra long, curved moving arm handles provide multiple locations to grip depending on your size and desired workout.
