Item comes in orginal box.  It works perfectly no problems at all.  Has everything you need in the box.  We bought HDMI cable and Components for Sound and it worked just great.(not included)  It was used with a Samsung TV and the picture was just wonderful.   Retail when we bought it was $399.00.  We also have the latest update on the unit July of 2009.  So it has the most current version and will play all new Blu Ray discs.  Please email me with any questions.
