Oil Painting - Autumn Lake Village - Medium - Nice!

This treasure was found at an antique show in central Ohio recently. There is no date on it, but I would guess that the painting, an oil on board, is fairly recent (20 years plus/minus) . The painting is signed "Edith Karshner" lower right bottom (no date). Ms. Karshner maybe an Ohio artist. The painting is signed on the back.

Including the frame, the large painting is 17 inches high by 21 inches wide..

Condition:

The frame is pretty much damage free. There are no dings nor chips. The oil painting is free of damage - no tears or missing spots of paint.
