This is an auction for a vintage cookbook entitled 'Venus in the Kitchen' edited by Norman Douglas. It is a hardback in red cloth, 1st edition, published in 1952 and is one of about 40 cookbooks that I'm listing. All the books have seen active service in the kitchen.
