Lot Information

This lot is sizes 12 and large (or equivalent). All “new with tags” pieces will have photos of the tags, otherwise you can assume the items are in excellent used condition.

It is extremely rare that I will include a piece with any type of flaw, but if it is a great piece with a TINY flaw, I will include it and note the flaw in red. Most of the pieces in this lot originally came from high end department stores such as Dillard's, Macy's, Boscov's, Lord & Taylor and Boutiques. You will get everything you see in all of the photos!

Due to the large amount of time and expense involved with listing these lots, all sales are final unless I have made a substantial error in the listing. With that said, I want you to be a satisfied, returning customer! If there is ever a problem with an item in a lot you have purchased from me, such as a flaw I did not catch, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will make that piece right. Unfortunately I cannot take returns based on “fit” so If you need specific measurements on an item, please ask before bidding to assure that you are happy with your items.

Condition

Most of the items in my lots are new or in excellent condition. The items are triple inspected by me for flaws. They are stored in my clean, smoke free, pet friendly home. Because I get the items from several sources, I cannot guarantee that they have never been exposed to smoke, but I can tell you that I do the sniff test on every piece and will not include items that smell even faintly of smoke or any “off” odors.
