These items can be offered to our customers at great savings because they are considered overstock items and/or shelfpulls. We do not sell seconds.Our items are brand new. Many of the items offered for sale have been in a retail environment. Some have the retail tags attached with markdowns. Some of the labels in side of the garment may have been cut or marked out. The store or manufacturer has done this because it has not sold through their normal store supply chain and they do not want returns.This is what is known as a reverse supply chain( ie: from a retailer back to a central warehouse). The items may have been samples, overstocks, or show items. They may or may not have been tried on by models or consumers. Because of this reverse supply, apparel may show signs of handling. They may show signs as loose threads, loose buttons or other signs of handling. Any problem that you may see with the garment or footwear item is considered "fixable" if treated properly by the end consumer. ie: minor cleaning or minor sewing may be needed. You have our assurance that we will definately describe or picture any very visable problem. Most garments are in perfect shape, many have not even been out in the store. We have a retail store and a warehouse. If you like something and it's not quite right, just ask, we may have a different size, color, etc.
