We recommend that you insure the package and ship the item via UPS or FEDEX to ensure proper tracking of your product. Please keep a receipt of the tracking number for your records. You are responsible for seeing to it that we receive your item back in our location undamaged and in good working order.

Upon receipt of your item and inspection, we will issue you a credit refund. Please allow 14 business days for your credit refund to post to your account.
