Customization steps:
1. Provide 2 or more photographs of each individual included for sculpturing. 1 taken facing the camera and 1 taken from the side.(Please ensure that the photos are large and clear. By providing more photos will allow our artist to more accurately carve your facial characteristics)
2. Select clothing (Provide a picture of what you wish to wear).
Typically we will start sculpturing immediately after receiving payment (As long as all required details is provided) and in general it will require 3 ??4 days for our artist to complete the job. Therefore under most circumstances we should be able to deliver within 3 weeks after payment (Including shipment). However, the more time given to us the better the outcome, so we do suggest buyers to order well in advance to allow time for adjustments.

Q : What kind of material is the clay figurine made from?
A : We use a soft polymer clay imported from Germany to sculpture our products. The material is non-toxic, harmless and will not corrode over time.
Q : How to keep the figurine in good condition?
A : The clay itself is up to a certain extent water resistant. Stains on the figurine can be easily wiped with soap or toothpaste. With proper care, our product can last for a long period of time.
Q : The percentage of resemblance?
A : The percentage of the resemblance, it's like art appreciation. The models are uniquely sculptured based on your requirement as well as our artist? creativity.
Q : Can I monitor the production of the figurine?
A : We can send the picture of semi-completed products to our customers via e-mail(if requested), and our customers can provide comments during production. However, all figures are hand crafted and it is not possible to look 100% the same as the real person. Customers must respect our design. Once you?e agreed to purchase our product, Zmart Beauty will hold the right to design your personal figurine.
Q : What if the figurine broken during delivery ?
A: The broken figurine can be boned by super glue, but little slit can still be found after the glue dry.

- Contact info, i.e. address, phone number and email.
2. Based on your requirement our team will calculate the total cost including shipment. If the customization exceeds standard offering, additional charges may arise.
3. Our team will open a new ebay listing with the exact cost for you to bid/win.
4. Arrange for payment.
5. Sit back a wait for the delivery for your custoized OOAK key ring.

- We ship internationally to all countries.
- Unless requested, all items will be posted with standard international post.
- No tracking number can be provided for standard international post.

- Without sending by registered post, the arrival of the item is at buyer's risk.
