This is a Mattel's Hot Wheels 3-Level Parking Garage that is guarantee to provide hours of fun.  The 3-levels are fully decaled and comes with the original 4 mobile traffic signs and toll gate.  The entire structure stands over 12" high and 12+" wide at the lower level.  The levels are angled to allow for the cars to race down from the top level with a slight push to the toll gate at the bottom of the structure.  At the top of the garage, a handle for easy transport.  Assembly is easy, twist/lock secure at each level, which also allows for quick disassembly for that trip to grandma's house. 

Although this garage is used (from 1994 to 1995), it is in mint condition with no dings or chips.  This item comes in the original box, as seen in picture, which is in excellent condition with fading only on one side.  The original instructions are also included.  All decals have already affixed on the garage, ready for assembly and immediately play.  This toy is recomended for ages 4+ due to the traffic signs and cars may pose a choking hazard for younger ages.  Cars are not included.  I may put up a lot of diecast and hot wheels within the week.
