Returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase and must be in its original condition and packaging. Opened, used, or washed items cannot be accepted for return. Bedding & pillow are packaged in a clear plastic package so it is easy to see the colors and design through the packaging. They are packaged very tightly by the manufacturers and cannot be re-packaged properly once they are taken out of the packaging. Please note that any Bedding or Pillow products returned will incur a 15% restocking fee.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Wrapables must accompany all returns. To request for a return,please visit: www.wrapables.com/jsp/RMAEmail.jsp. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. If you are returning due to damage, defect or an incorrect product, a prepaid return label will be provided. For your security, please ship your return with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Wrapables is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

How do you charge shipping?
Wrapables on ebay now charges $7.95 to ship first item and $2.00 to ship each additional item in Fedex ground shipping. For expedited shipping, please email wp.paypal@gmail.com for a quote.


How long does it take to get my stuff?
Items are typically processed within 2 business days. The shipping method you choose determines the additional time it will take to deliver. Orders placed after 9AM Friday (Pacific Time) will be processed the next business day.

Will everything ship together?
Items are shipped according to when they are ready. Should your order contain items with an extended processing time, your partial order will be shipped according to the method you chose, and the remaining item(s) will be shipped to you as they are received by our warehouse, at no additional charge.

Wrapables sells and ships items only within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We regret that no shipments can be made to PO Box addresses, APO or FPO addresses, United States territories, or other addresses outside the United States.
