Shipping

Due to the Petrol increase we are forced to charge for postage, we will only charge you the same ammount as we get charged at the post office. We still offer free handling no extra charges at all. If you wish to have your parcel sent by Express Post, the cost is $7.90 up to 3kg. International AU$5.00 (NOT REGISTRED) if you wish to be registred it must be paid by the buyer, we do not accept responsibility if lost in transit.

Item must be returned within: 7 Days Refund will be given as: Exchange Only, no cash refunds at all. Return policy details: PLEASE NOTE: Some of these shoes have no lining therefore there may be traces of colour paint inside the shoes, this is due to the leather tanning. No returns accepted due to this matter as the paint does not harm your baby skin. It's the responsibility of the purchaser to cover of any returns postage and you must include a self paid return envelope with a note explaining the fault. Refunds will only be accepted if it's a manufacturer fault. If the elastic is too tight for your baby's anckle's this is not a manufacturer fault as we can only do a one size fit all. The elastic is very easy to change, all you need is a larger piece of elactic, just thread it with a large safety pin and tie up a couple of knots at the end. You can continue changing the elastic if the shoes lengh still fit but it's too tight for your baby's ankles. This is a very good tip to know.

How to wash our shoes: We recommend Hand Washing instead of Machine Washing in Luke Warm Water. It is best to use only Detergents made especially for Sheepskin/Leather products or a Baby Shampoo, they will not strip away the natural oils/colour/paint or dyes. Using a harsh soap (like laundry powders) will strip colour/paint/dyes off and damage the leather. Do not mix in with any other clothing as the dyes may bleed. To Dry : Fill the shoes with paper towel or a face washer to keep the shape, air dry not in direct Sun. The shoes may feel a little stiff at first, but should become soft again with wear. OUR LEATHERS DO NOT CONTAIN LEAD AS THEY ARE ECO-FRIENDLY THEREFORE TREAT THEM WITH MORE CARE.
