This soap dish has unnamed flowers around the edge and a dragon fly design in the center. The size is designed for a bath bar.

Made in Britain by Portmeirion for Croscill Home.

Condition is excellent. It looks almost new, but there is a tiny flea bite along the bottom edge that is not noticeable unless searched for.
