There is no need to contact us prior to bidding if you are new to eBay, as we do not have minimum feedback requirements. All bidders are welcome. Our only exception is if you have not yet set up your PayPal account, or if you already have but are waiting for your account to become confirmed. Please contact us in either of these instances so we know you are still interested in the item(s). We will be more than happy to allow more time for payment.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (within the 48 states):

We only ship to the lower 48 USA states. No PO Boxes or APO addresses. No International shipping.

Please keep in mind, for us to keep costs down and to stay competitive with regard to offering the lowest prices possible, larger weight orders will likely ship Parcel Post and DVD's and books will be Media or First Class Mail. First Class is only allowable for packages up to 13 ounces, and Priority Mail will be at our discretion, which means we may choose to ship Priority Mail if the cost is not much more than First Class, Parcel Post or media Mail, depending what the item is. UPS is also always an option for the heavier, larger items. This will be at our discretion! We will let you know by email how your item item is being shipped and this email will include the tracking/confirmation information for you as well!!!

The above is only mentioned due to the ratings system with regard to "shipping time." eBay is not referring to shipping time as being the amount of time it takes the post office to deliver your items, but rather how much time has passed before we have your items shipped.

What we can do is guarantee that your order will be shipped within 3 business days (Monday-Friday,) and also on Saturdays most of the time. Usually, orders will ship next day. The US Postal Service does offer a reasonable time frame for delivery, but we cannot control postal delays. Please do not hold it against us for postal delays once the package is out of our hands. If it seems that the transit time was unreasonable, please make sure to check the tracking information, TRACKING AND CONFIRMATION INCLUDED FREE,  that we provide so you can see that is was not a seller delay.
