Registered in Tonga, but you can use this domain anywhere in the world, however you like.

Redirection services like tinyurl.com and bit.ly have been massively successful for posting urls on sites like twtter. 'thislinks.to/whatever' would be much more readable and memorable than their addresses. There are a multitude of other possible uses for this url.

I registered this domain with the intention of setting up a major redirect service but I've been too busy on other projects.

It will come with a full year subscription paid (worth $50). The annual renewal fee from then on is just US$50. Renewal and transfer of .to domains is easy and can be done online.
