Once an RMA number is received, we must receive the item within 10 days or the RMA will be cancelled permanently. All Returned Merchandise must be accompanied by an RMA number. Returned Merchandise without an RMA number will be refused.

Buyers are responsible for ALL return shipping and insurance costs. All RMAs take 3-7 days to process after receiving the merchandise back. Once received, we will exchange/replace the defective item or provide refund for item return to us as working item after we test the product.
