These designs were created for use on embroidery machines.  You will need an embroidery sewing machine to stitch these designs.  Depending on your embroidery machine you may need additional hardware and software to transfer these designs to your machine.


RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
All Designs Are Sent Zipped On CD Via US First Class Mail.  Shipping Charges Are $3.99 In The USA and $5.99 Internationally.  We Can Combine Shipping please request before paying.  We are not responsible for any item lost or damaged in shipping.  If this occurs we are happy to email you another copy.  Designs are sent out Monday - Saturday during normal PST business hours.  No designs will be sent out on Sundays or Holidays.  You are responsible for making sure we have your correct mailing address.

The designs have all been tested for quality.  If you have any problems please contact us for technical support, we will be happy to help.  Please make sure your hardware /software will support the design formats we offer before purchasing.  We do not recommend modifying or converting our work.  If you do so it is at your own risk.  We are not responsible for the quality of a modified design.  We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you have any questions or problems please contact us.

All the designs have been lovingly created by Hip And Sway Designs and are copyrighted.  You may stitch the designs on personal items or items to sell as long as they are not mass produced.  You may produce up to 100 pieces using a design.   You may not reproduce or share our designs or design files in any way without our prior written consent.
