You are looking at just an Absolutely Adorable Womens, "JONES N.Y." Twill, Chacoal Gray, wool blended suit, Size 14. The details are as follows:

Jacket~The bust measures 44", length is 26 1/2" and the sleeves 24". This jacket has a 3 button front, it has 2 front button pockets, and 2 upper flap pockets. It has single button sleeve bottoms as well.

Pants~The waist measures 34", rise is 13" and the inseam is 31". These pants button and clasp in front, and also zip up the front as well. I measured one leg laying flat for hip measurement, and it is 28" around.

This suit is just Gorgeous, and 42% Acrylic, 40% Wool, 10% Nylon, and 8% Polyester. The lining is 100% Polyester, and this suit is in Brand New Condition!
