Returns:

Due to the fact that we are an auction site, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

We will refund or exchange the item only if the item received is not as stated in the auction.  In the event that we make an error, we will pay all shipping associated with fixing the problem.

In the event that an error is made, please email us at bluearchllc@gmail.com.  At that time we will issue an RA (return authorization) to return the item and replace it with the correct item.  Please do not send any items back without this authorization, as they will be refused.
