All games are used and may have little to moderate, heavy scratching and while most will work fine, some may need to be run through a disc repair/cleaner machine. I have not had time to test all these games since there are so many, so these games are being sold "As Is". As I stated, most will work just fine. Please do not bid if you don't accept these terms. All games come with the case and manual except for the ones noted otherwise. Buyer must notify us with intent to return within 3 days of receiving the items to qualify for a return. A restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from the purchase amount (including shipping) before a refund will be given.  

Used Items - Used items will only be accepted for return if the item is extremely different from what was stated in the auction. Buyer must notify us of intent to return within 3 days of receipt of item.
