**We do have a german shepherd whose main job seems to be shedding. I do my very best to make sure that all dog hair is removed prior to shipping, however, once in awhile a sneaky hair or two will get through anyway, so please bid accordingly. We are, however, a smoke-free home.
**I have been having a terrible time lately with new buyers (feedback under 10) who are bidding and then not paying or communicating with me. I love to help new e-bayers build up feedback, but if you have a number less than 10 next to your name I ask that you please send me a quick message to confirm that you do plan to pay once the auction ends if you are the winner. I prefer payment via Paypal. Payment is expected within 7 days of the end of the auction, unless other arrangements have been made with me. I will send ONE reminder e-mail three days after the end of an auction, if payment is not recieved or I do not get any answer back from you after 7 days you will be reported to E-Bay as a non-paying bidder.

**I charge low shipping and will print the exact amount of shipping on the mailing label so that you can decide for yourself if what you are charges versus the actual shipping cost is fair. I try very hard to provide five star service and appreciate all feedback.
**I will combine shipping of auctions won within 5 days of each other. Please notify me that you are planning to bid on other auctions if you have already won one.
**I will invoice you for all items that you have won with a combined shipping total. If the total shipping you pay ends up being more than $1.00 over the actual shipping cost I will refund you the difference rounded to the nearest 25 cents. So don't worry about paying "really high" shipping costs, it won't happen :)!

If you have questions about these fees please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. I will not mark merchandise values below what they were won for or mark them as ‘gifts’ - US and International government regulations prohibit this, so DO NOT ask me to do it.
