How to take a replacement

You only use our diy tools to take out the broken inner screen,then solder it.

Shipping & handling

Delivery address on Paypal Only--We only ship to the given address in Paypal payment. Please make sure payment address in Paypal is correct. Any non-received items caused by invalid address registered on Paypal are not in our full refund or replacement policy.

Postage includes the actual postage and corresponding packaging fee and handling fee, which is coincident with ebay's regulations. Any doubts, please read the ebay's regulations carefully. We don't overcharge the cost. Please don't bargain or argue with us for this point.

Shipping Method--Item will be shipped within 3 working days after FULL payment is received. It is noted that Paypal pending payment (such as eCheck) may take up to 5 working days to clear. What we used is Chinese air mail post, which may take around 7-21 days to arrive from the date of dispatch issued (This is for USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, EU, Asian Countries. For the other countries, it may take more time to arrive).

No Combine Postage-- Combine postage is non available, even if you purchased several items per time, since AIRMAIL POST charges the postage based upon weight of the post, not quantity.
 

Payment

PAYPAL Only--Buyer must pay using PAYPAL ONLY within 7 days from the date of transaction made.

Full Payment--Transaction with insufficient payment will not be handled. So, please make you complete the full payment, including Final price + Postage.

No Discount--No discount is offered for all transactions.

Processing--We will arrange the dispatch within two working days after we receive the valid and completed payment.

Return Policy

Please e-mail us the item number and the item condition. We would arrange exchange or refund depending on your situation:

Defective case within 7 days of receipt: In the unlikely event that the item is defective (not by man-made or in-proper use), all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. within 7 days of receipt. We would arrange the replacement or refund without any extra charges . If it is refunded, Only item's listing price is refundable. Shipping, handling and Required Insurance fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back.

Defective case over 7 days of receipt but in the product's guarantee period: In the unlikely event that the item is defective (not by man-made or in-proper use) over 7 days of receipt but in the product's guarantee period, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc.. We would arrange the replacement with a minor handling charge (but non refund would be provided). Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back.

Our working time is from Monday to Friday. So usually, we would reply emails within 24 hours.

During weekend, the reply would be delivered on next Monday.
