Answers to freqently asked questions about our selling policies:

(Nothing dramatic...I just want to make sure you have access to as much information as possible.)

Our home has no perfume, pets or smoke.  Some of our items may have originated in other environments.  I do not list anything that has the smell of smoke on it and all clothing items have been cleaned.

Unless your item offers free or flat-rate shipping, please use the EBAY Shipping Wizard to determine your shipping costs.  I do my best to estimate weight using our postal scale and try to guestimate the package dimensions.  (There is a $1.00 handling charge on most orders.) 

Occasionally, the shipping cost is different than what the Shipping Wizard determines.  When the postage costs more, I pay it and you are not responsible for any additional monies.  If the Shipping Wizard  overestimates the costs by a $1 or more, I usually upgrade to the next fastest service and/or provide a shipping rebate. 

At this time, I am shipping primarily within the USA.  If you are an out-of-country buyer with over 50 positive feedbacks, please contact me if you would like to bid on an item and have it shipped out of the United States.

If you would like to return an item (for instance because you changed your mind about wanting it), you will receive 100% of your bid price back.  Shipping and handling are not refundable unless there is an issue with the item where it is completely my responsibility (for instance if you ordered a book and I sent you a music box - unlikely, but am aware of the possibility that I can make mistakes).  In those cases, you will recieve all your monies back and I will apologize ... a lot, lol!

If you have an issue regarding your ability to make your payment, please communicate with me and I am certain we can come to a mutually agreed-upon action.

I will do my best to ship pack your item carefuly and ship it promptly.  I will let you know when it ships and I will usually leave your positive feedback within a week.
