1950's SWING COAT VIntage Suede and Mink Check it out!

Wonderful supple suede and luxurious mink in this lovely example of a coat from the 50's!  This coat has an ample swing, unlike the straight-line coats of the 60's.  It's fully lined and has raglan sleeves and slit pockets.  Satin lining is perfect with no rips or tears or worn spots, although it is slightly faded at the neckline, because that area has been exposed to light. Fringed belt inserts into slits on the sides, creating a popular look fromt he times, with the front tightly cinched up and the back free. Sleeves are what were called "bracelet length", so that long gloves and/or bracelets could be worn and shown off, but it is in fact a 3/4-length sleeve, intended to come just below the elbow.  Lovely blonde mink collar closes with furrier hooks to create a stunning stand-up collar.

The color of the coat shows best in the close-up of the collar.  The full-length picture was taken from farther away, and makes it look darker. More pictures available on request.
