We DO NOT negotiate on the delivery and administration fees at all.
We reserve the right to relist your item(s) back for sale on eBay if payment is not received within 7 days of the first item end auction date.
Delivery and Administration Policy
- Delivery and administration fees are FIXED, they are non-negotiable. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Delivery and administration fees are non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Orders typically take around 7 to 10 BUSINESS DAYS via HKPS to arrive your mailing address after your order is processed. All mail transit time is only a best estimate, but not guaranteed.
- If your order is shipping to an address other than PayPal address, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your PayPal. Your order will not be processed until your address has been confirmed.
Combine Postage Policy
- If you have multiple items, please email us to request a confirmation on the final amount including all postage and administration fees of ALL the items. Please pay with the AMOUNT PROVIDED in your email in one SINGLE payment. Or you may click on the Vendio Checkout button to complete the checkout process yourself.
- Once you have completed the checkout, you will not be able to combine additional auctions.

Combined Delivery Discount: To save on shipping, we offer combined delivery for both Domestic and International shipments. Combined delivery is only valid for items purchased within 7 days of the first item. All items to be combined must be on the same invoice. You cannot combine delivery with auctions that have already been checked out or paid, no exceptions. So please wait until you are completely done shopping before you checkout or sending us email to request for a Final Invoice.
Return Policy
- We want our customers to be very satisfied.
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return within 2 days of receiving the item.
- All return enquiries MUST be made within 2 calendar days of receiving the product. Sales are final after 2 calendar days.
- Customers must obtain a JR# from us for their returns, otherwise we will reject it upon receiving it.
- Refunds will ONLY be made based on the bid price, delivery and administration and insurance fees are non-refundable in any case. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
- Any product that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned unless the unit was received defective. Opened product may be exchanged for the same title only.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged items when returning the product back to us.
- Buyer is solely responsible for all return postage fees. We recommend that you insure your package and ship it via a trackable carrier method. We cannot replace for any lost during return shipping.
- The mail return process can take 3 to 4 weeks
