This is a Simplicity Landlord sold under the Montgomery Wards Squire 9 name. Has a newer 16 hp Briggs and Stratton engine, that runs very well, no smoke or oil useage. The deck is from a Simplicity of the same vintage, It was rebuilt this past spring. Tractor is very clean and ready to go. Starts easily. New battery and the generator was rebuilt this year. New reproduction seat hub caps and a new Nelson Muffler. Pick up only in Rockton Illinois. Prefer paypal or cash at pick up. Need to have picked up by the Mid November. Tractor runs and mows very well. Additional pictures available on request.
