This is a Bob The Builder playset.  It features houses and a street scene, with a small rubber figurine of Bob and Pilcher the cat and a scoop truck.  The set is not broken or chipped, it is dusty from long time in a toy bin.  The set has sound effects that are working but not very clearly, it may work better with fresh batteries but I can not guarantee that.  Still is a good pretend play set for a Bob lover.  The set had to be taken apart to fit in a shipping box and assembly required, but I do not have any assembly instructions.    From a non-smoking home. 

 

Shipping charges are high because it weighs so much in the shipping box.  International shipping will be higher.
